When you become an AF client, you are signing up for a collaborative journey. From the very first inquiry form you fill out for us, we are taking your vision and floral priorities and creating a wholly unique design package that tells your love story with our design style and years of experience.

We make sure you are seen and heard throughout the planning process so that we are always on the same page for your big day. We don't take your trust lightly— we honor and earn it through the entire journey, from our first consultation call to the time we breakdown after your wedding night comes to a close.

INVESTMENT

Our wedding packages start at $4,000, and on average our full service clients spend between $6,000-$12,000.

Editorial, hospitality, + a la carte pricing is available upon inquiry. We'd love to chat further to make sure we're the best fit for your special day! Although we are based right outside of Atlanta, we travel to venues and locations all over Georgia and the South East. Let us know if you're interested in out of state or events abroad as well!

The short answer? YES!
The longer answer: When you book with us, you are securing your date and our services, not a solidified, unchangeable plan. We know and expect for things to change during your planning process. As floral experts it is our job to be adaptable. The only caveat is that we are only able to make floral order changes up until 30 days prior to your event.

The first step is to fill out our contact form— from there we'll let you know if we're available for your date and provide a link for you to schedule a consultation call with us. During the call we'll share a custom floral design proposal with you as well as an initial quote. We'll hash out some details and if you're ready to book, we'll send you a contract + invoice! To book, you need a signed contract + paid deposit.

We completely understand— that's what we're here for! During our consultation call we will help you narrow in on your floral vision, talk priorities and needs, and work together to make sure you are taken care of. It's also important to know that we don't, and shouldn't, have a set in stone plan when you book. There is room to shift and adjust along the way!

Every single project we do is custom designed and priced according to your needs and price point. While we do start our wedding packages at $4,000, we do not have a minimum for corporate/business accounts, editorial work, and media industry projects. More info on investment below!

Our event packages include a custom floral design slide deck, sourcing hard goods and flowers, set up, labor for repurposing designs from ceremony to reception, and break down. Other possible add ons include renting candles, decor, + structures from our inventory as well as custom builds for your signage, structure, and more needs.

We cannot guarantee flowers for any event. This is due to them being a perishable product and their availability is effected by farmer conditions, season, weather, and more. We don't recommend flowers that are out of season and take care to ensure that in the event of needing to make substitutions that we still choose flowers within the same color palette and style. There is beauty in allowing for nature to dictate the flowers we work with and we can assure you that the overall vision will be the same even if the subtle choices in flowers vary a bit.

We are artists and designers— while we absolutely will design within the style of inspiration images you bring to us, we will never try to replicate another design exactly. Not only would we want your floral designs to be wholly unique to you, but it is near impossible to copy another design due to the nature of floral design. Inspiration over imitation, always!

Absolutely! You can view our full rental inventory upon request that includes our candle, vessel, decor, + structure options.
We do also allow for our clients to provide their own candles, however we typically prefer providing them as our fees cover the labor of ordering, prepping, set up, and break down of the candles. If you choose to provide them yourself we do not set them up or break them down.
