This is florals without restraint. An Abundant wedding is one where every corner of your day feels intentionally designed, where guests walk in and experience an immersive, story driven atmosphere.
Lush ceremony arches and aisle meadows set the tone, dramatic hanging installations anchor the reception, and your tablescapes are layered, full, and unforgettable. Every bar, every surface, every moment has its own floral story to tell. Candle and decor rentals are included, and the result is a wedding that feels like it was designed from the inside out.

A Curated wedding is defined by intention. Rather than florals everywhere, we focus on the moments that matter most to you and make those areas speak volumes.
That could look like a breathtaking ceremony design with a lush arch and aisle arrangements or a stunning hanging installation that becomes the focal point of your reception. Your tablescapes are still full and layered and every key area of your day has something worth stopping to look at. Candle and decor rentals are included. Nothing is missing, it's simply focused.

Every Araiza Florals wedding, regardless of tier, includes the following:

Custom floral design slide deck, full floral and hard goods sourcing, setup, ceremony to reception repurposing labor, and breakdown. You will also have access to vision check-in meetings throughout your planning process and a venue walkthrough leading up to your wedding day.
Beyond the blooms, we are here for the full picture. Darian loves being looped into the broader design decisions that bring your event together, from talking through linen selections to joining you on sourcing trips. If it affects the look and feel of your day, we want to be part of the conversation.
Candle and decor rentals from our inventory are always included at the Abundant and Curated levels. Available as add-ons at any tier: custom builds, signage, and specialty rentals.
That is completely okay and honestly, it is more common than you might think. During your consultation call we will help you narrow in on your floral vision, talk through your priorities, and make sure you feel taken care of. There is always room to shift and adjust as your planning evolves.
We are artists and designers first. We will absolutely design within the style of inspiration images you bring to us, but we will never replicate another design exactly. Your florals should be wholly unique to you, and the nature of floral design makes true replication nearly impossible anyway. Inspiration over imitation, always.
We cannot guarantee specific flowers for any event. Florals are a perishable product and availability is affected by farmer conditions, seasonality, weather, and more. We are always thoughtful about substitutions, choosing flowers that stay within your color palette and overall aesthetic. There is a real beauty in letting nature have a say, and we can assure you that your vision will come through regardless of any subtle variations.
Yes! When you book with us, you are securing your date and our services, not a fixed and unchangeable plan. We expect things to shift during the planning process and it is our job as floral experts to be adaptable alongside you. The only thing to keep in mind is that floral order changes need to be finalized no later than 30 days prior to your event.

Our event packages include a custom floral design slide deck, sourcing hard goods and flowers, set up, labor for repurposing designs from ceremony to reception, and break down. Other possible add ons include renting candles, decor, + structures from our inventory as well as custom builds for your signage, structure, and more needs.
We cannot guarantee flowers for any event. This is due to them being a perishable product and their availability is effected by farmer conditions, season, weather, and more. We don't recommend flowers that are out of season and take care to ensure that in the event of needing to make substitutions that we still choose flowers within the same color palette and style. There is beauty in allowing for nature to dictate the flowers we work with and we can assure you that the overall vision will be the same even if the subtle choices in flowers vary a bit.
We are artists and designers— while we absolutely will design within the style of inspiration images you bring to us, we will never try to replicate another design exactly. Not only would we want your floral designs to be wholly unique to you, but it is near impossible to copy another design due to the nature of floral design. Inspiration over imitation, always!
Absolutely! You can view our full rental inventory upon request that includes our candle, vessel, decor, + structure options.
We do also allow for our clients to provide their own candles, however we typically prefer providing them as our fees cover the labor of ordering, prepping, set up, and break down of the candles. If you choose to provide them yourself we do not set them up or break them down.
